3.1 Online Purchases

• Orders must be paid in full before shipping.
• We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay and other secure payment methods.
• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• If payment is unsuccessful, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

4. Product Availability & Pricing

• All products are subject to availability.
• Prices listed on the website and in-store may vary due to promotions or operational factors .
• We will honour incorrect pricing if proof is shown by the customer and the product shown in currently in stock.
• Some products may have limited stock, and we do not guarantee re-stocking.

5. Order Fulfillment & Shipping (Online Sales)

• We offer Australia-wide shipping and selected international shipping.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by location.
• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors.
• Once shipped, the risk of loss and title passes to the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

CFJ Auto complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) regarding returns, refunds, and warranties.

7.1 Online  Returns (Change of Mind)

• Online Purchases: Customers have 14 days to return items in unused, original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (for online orders).
• A restocking fee may apply.
• Customers must send back product with tags and in original packaging when returned. 

7.2 Faulty or Incorrect Products (ACL Rights Apply)

If a product is faulty, defective, or incorrect, customers are entitled to:

• Repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost, dependent on product and condition 
• Claims must be made within a 14 day period after purchase.
• Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).

7.3 Warranty Claims

• Some products come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
• Warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, or wear and tear.
